You will provide first tier of IT and accounting advice via chat, email and phone by answering customer’s queries and guiding them through daily challenges. You will have influence on Visma’s image and a possibility to boost up relations with our customers. You will be responsible for assisting in the further development of our products by feedback, software quality assurance, etc. You will have the unique opportunity to fully use your excellent language skills in Swedish or Norwegian.
